How Pricing Works
Simpleclass is priced per teacher, per month. Each teacher license includes up to 50 student accounts at no extra cost. All features are included in every plan — no tiers, no features locked behind upgrades, no surprise costs.
Volume discounts apply automatically — the per-teacher price decreases as you add more teachers, starting at €49 for a single teacher and going down to €39 for ten. For larger institutions, contact us for a custom quote.
What's Included
Every subscription includes the full platform: breakout room monitoring, session recording with cloud storage, custom subdomain branding, interactive whiteboard, chat and file sharing, and complete admin controls. Recording storage is included at no extra charge for the standard retention period.
EU data hosting and GDPR compliance aren't add-ons — they're built into the platform. All data stays in the Netherlands and France, and we operate under Dutch law.
Billing and Commitment
Subscriptions are billed monthly. We use iDEAL and SEPA direct debit for EU customers, with card payments also available. You can upgrade or downgrade your teacher count at any time.
There's no long-term contract. Cancel anytime, and your subscription ends at the current billing period. We'd rather earn your continued business than lock you in.

Pricing Questions
How does billing work?
You choose a plan with a user limit. You're billed monthly for that maximum, regardless of how many users are active. Add or remove users anytime.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are net, excluding VAT. VAT is always added for individual customers and Dutch businesses. Non-Dutch EU businesses with a valid VAT number can apply reverse charge.
