How Pricing Works

We've kept pricing straightforward. There's one plan with all features included, priced per user per month. No tiers to navigate, no features locked behind higher plans, no surprise costs for things like recording storage or custom subdomains.

A "user" is anyone with a Simpleclass account at your institution—teachers, tutors, and students all count equally. The minimum is 10 users, which works well for small tutoring operations. There's no maximum.

What's Included

Every subscription includes the full platform: breakout room monitoring, session recording with cloud storage, custom subdomain branding, screen sharing, chat and file sharing, and complete admin controls. Recording storage is included at no extra charge for the standard retention period.

EU data hosting and GDPR compliance aren't add-ons—they're built into the platform. All data stays in the Netherlands and France, and we operate under Dutch law.

Billing and Commitment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. We use SEPA direct debit for EU customers, with iDEAL and card payments also available. You can add or remove users at any time—changes are pro-rated to the day.

There's no long-term contract. Cancel anytime, and your subscription ends at the current billing period. We'd rather earn your continued business than lock you in.
