Yes, fully. We're a Dutch company (Simpleclass B.V.), all data is hosted on EU servers in the Netherlands and France, and we never share data with non-EU entities. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all institutions.

All data is stored on EU servers operated by Scaleway and OVH, located in the Netherlands and France. No data is transferred outside the EU.

Yes. Teachers can enable recording when scheduling a session or during the session. Recordings are stored in the cloud and available for instant playback. Course owners can download recordings or share access with students.

You can create as many breakout rooms as you need. There's no artificial limit. The practical limit depends on how many students are in your session.

Simpleclass works in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). No downloads or plugins required. A stable internet connection and a webcam/microphone are recommended.

Students can join sessions from mobile browsers. For the best teaching experience, we recommend teachers use a desktop or laptop computer.
