Yes. Teachers can enable recording when scheduling a session or during the session. Recordings are stored in the cloud and available for instant playback. Course owners can download recordings or share access with students.
You can create as many breakout rooms as you need. There is no artificial limit. The practical limit depends on how many students are in your session.
